Description
Optimum C cleans walls, floors and equipment where other products can’t cut it. Its premium degreasing action cuts through greasy deposits with ease making the job quicker, easier and safer.
It is a strongly alkaline detergent concentrate with bactericidal action designed to remove the wide variety of soiling found in food handling situations. Optimum C is highly concentrated and is always used diluted with water.
The product is not toxic or harmful but it is a strong alkali so it is recommended that cleaned surfaces are rinsed with water to remove any traces of caustic residues.
It is an excellent product for deep fat fryers and kitchen filters.
